Investor Day 2022

On Monday September 5th, we were finally able to meet again and take our investors on a tour across Utrecht. In 2020 and 2021 we were unfortunately not able to organize an Investor Day due to COVID-19.

Dick Gort, CEO a.s.r. real estate, welcomed the investors with an update on the organization and the Funds.

The tour started at the Daalsesingel, one of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Funds gems. The next stop was award winning Laurierkwartier of the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund. The tour continued to the construction site of Wonderwoods, a joint acquisition of both the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund and the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund, illustrating the acquisition power of the platform.
Followed by a walking tour taking us into the high street city heart of Utrecht, showing multiple assets of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund.
We were pleased to organize this day for our investors and hope to welcome everyone again next year’s edition!
